Prototypes for aerospace applications

Summary
In partnership with our clients’ executives, I developed two prototypes to test -
(1) An internal software solution that allows employees to proactively identifies and prioritizes customer issues, facilitates internal collaboration and provides accurate status of a repair (above)
(2) An end to end self-service portal for airline customers to manage purchases for maintenance, repair, and operations (below)
The initial prototypes were developed in a five-day long prototyping sprint, then tested and iterated on for a couple of months following the workshop. MyMROLife (now “MROLife”) is currently in use and is being continuously improved on to yield a targeted $10M/yr in cost benefits while enabling long term revenue opportunities from improved performance, communication, and agility.
