Summary
I helped develop the brand and created all the digital & print materials for pop up events, catering opportunities, and tortilla making workshops. I led the rebranding process from KRAEV to Oso Comida & Co, where we partnered with 48 Savvy Sailors. During the pandemic, we had to iterate on our approach and tested out different ideas like tortilla deliveries, build-your-own menu offerings (aka. Taco Boxes), and taco pick ups from our shared kitchen space.

Airbnb Experiences: Tortilla Making Workshops
As an extension of the Oso Comida & Co / KRAEV brand, my husband and I co-host tortilla-making workshops in a variety of venues, including community food hubs, farms, and currently as part of Airbnb Experiences. As part of the experience, we showcase and partner with local brands as much as possible.
